  • address all of your outstanding claims and assist in their resolution
  • participate in addressing claim patterns affecting your insurance costs
  • make certain that you are receiving all credits and discounts available to contractors
  • make coverage recommendations based upon our thorough understanding of construction risks
  • explore means by which we can maximize your surety bonding capacity

  • provide review of insurance requirements imposed upon you, prior to your bid
  • develop meaningful relationships between contractor and surety underwriters
  • participate  regularly  in the review of your ever changing operations
  • periodically meet to review policy payroll estimates to avoid unexpected audits
  • assist in addressing the complicated issues involved in wrap up programs
  • immediately address issuance of certificates of insurance
  • continually review and communicate the status of open claims
  • commit to continual monitoring of credits and discounts available to contractors
  • facilitate introductions to other professionals integral to your continued success, e.g. CPA’s, bankers, attorneys, risk management services
  • continue to address advantageous classification alternatives

  • continually re-assess the most beneficial relationships for your changing business needs
  • remain current of legislative and judicial changes, market conditions, and construction issues pertinent to your business, as a valuable resource for your continued success
