Mike has been the bond manager at Collinsworth, Alter, Lambert, LLC. since 1996. His diversified background allows him to bring a unique perspective to the underwriting process. His insights, regarding the ever changing surety industry, and his dedication to personal service have proven to be invaluable to our clients. He diligently applies his underwriting skills and his uncompromising integrity to assist contractors in securing and maintaining strong, long-lasting bonding relationships.

After receiving his B.S. degree from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, Mike began his career in the bond department of a major surety company. Over the following 13 years, he held various branch office positions, where he worked closely with contractors throughout Wisconsin, Florida, and Ohio. Mike has been involved with construction bonding since 1977.

Mike is a very active member of numerous trade associations including: Associated General Contractors, Construction Association of South Florida, and the Underground Contractors Association. He holds a Florida 2-20 License.

Mike is married, has five children and resides in Palm Beach Gardens.
