Melinda joined Collinsworth, Alter, Lambert, LLC. in October 2007, as a Surety Bond Specialist bringing with her over 22 years experience. She started her career in 1986 working for Regency Insurance Company responsible for marketing and underwriting miscellaneous and fidelity bonds. In 1991, she worked for a large contract bond agency as a CSR. Over the next 16 years, she was responsible for managing contract surety for both small and large contractors and opening and managing offices in Orlando, Tampa and West Palm Beach.

Melinda relocated to the West Palm Beach area in 2004 where she enjoys life with her two boys.
