Donnie joined Collinsworth, Alter, Lambert, LLC. in 2006. He committed his first year in the insurance industry to the development of his product knowledge by successfully completing a number of noted insurance schools. The practical application of the knowledge gained in that training enables him to assess and address the transfer, avoidance or assumption of risk. In addition, he has focused considerable attention to building his own professional relationships with the many underwriters, auditors, loss control specialists and related professionals with whom Collinsworth, Alter, Lambert works. His principled character coupled with his unyielding dedication to understanding both the exposures and development of his clients business' make him a uniquely dedicated professional.

Upon graduating from William T. Dwyer High School, Donnie moved to Tallahassee where he attended Florida State University and managed a local restaurant.

Donnie holds multiple State of Florida insurance licenses, including his 2-20 General Lines Property and Casualty license and his 2-15 Health, Life and Variable Annuities license. In addition, he has received his designation as a Certified Workers' Compensation Underwriter (C.W.C.U.) and has successfully completed courses with The National Alliance School for Producer Development. He also maintains an active role in local contractor associations.

Although Donnie was born in Tampa, Florida, he has spent the majority of his life in the Palm Beach County area. He currently lives in Jupiter with his wife and two daughters. He remains active in sports activities and enjoys spending considerable time with his family.
